  • What are implant dentures?

    This treatment is available when there are no teeth at all in the upper or lower jawbone. It supplements the drawbacks of conventional dentures and uses artificial teeth with improved chewing and retentive force. A small number (2–6) of implants are placed as supports and connected to a special denture, allowing it to be removed and reinserted.
